Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn ideas into intuitive, high-impact product experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions. You’ll help shape the design direction of Startify’s core platform and play a key part in delivering features that teams love to use.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll take ownership of transforming complex product challenges into intuitive, beautifully crafted user experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand real user needs, translate insights into thoughtful design decisions, and ensure every solution feels seamless from first click to final interaction. Your work will directly influence how customers experience and adopt Startify—shaping a product that feels effortless, reliable, and scalable as we continue to grow.
- Lead end-to-end design work—from discovery to final system-ready UI.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
- Conduct usability tests and turn insights into design decisions.
- Partner with engineering to ship designs with precision.

- 3–5+ years of product/UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web or SaaS product design.

- Skilled in Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
